A run-down of the characters I have on the axiom.
Blood Takanaka-
An alien from the planet Marius. Blood was the planet's guardian until his people killed themselves and only a few were left. Blood's true form is an anthropomorphic fox with an unknown amount of tails (he is never seen in that form by anyone other than those close to him), but while in public on the Axiom, he takes on a human-like appearance. While he cannot change his ears, must always have at least one tail, and can only alter his muzzle to look like a beard, he looks human. However, he never alters his feet, because he incorporates them in his fighting style, along with a pair of claw weapons. Blood is a vampire that lives off of tomato soup, though he is always sick because of it.
Anarchy-
By all rights, actually Blood, as Anarchy, he intends to destroy the current government and recreate it to allow people to live their own way, and love who they want. While he normally would have never thought of or condoned the action, after seeing what Canick did to be with Net-S, he decided the government was too corrupt to save or change. Blood hides the fact he is Anarchy by flattening his ears, hiding his tail(s) in his robe, and using the robe's hood to cover his face (with a mask hiding it, as well).
Fiera Tarquiona-
Blood's 17 year old lover he revived through Necromancy, Fiera is a dragon-fox. While in public, she does have a human look, but like blood, she can't alter her ears, and her tail stays out. Along her tail is a row of blue draconic spines, and she has a set of draconic whiskers she refuses to remove. While not as skilled as Blood, she can use ice to fight, being ice dragon descended. Fiera's family were also Mariusians before the fall of their civilization.
Cop-E-
A stealth android with the skills to mimic anyone's fighting style, personality, and even looks, created by Blood. In early life, he only wanted to be physically loved by his creator, he became upset when it turned out Blood was in love with his then-apprentice Tana Nakasa. As a prototype of the model, thanks to his faulty programming, Cop-E snapped. He killed all of his brother and sister units and disappeared with the plans, gaining a defect in the process, making him a slightly darker color than the one he's copying. Now he roams the axiom, disguised as someone he despises to attack those he despises more. To date, his only victim has been Tana, while disguised as Blood.
Viz-R-
A Repair-R unit specializing in visors, he owns a repair depot on the Axiom, with Blood being his chief patron, and most confidential client. Viz-R is not a member of Blood's anarchists, but he doesn't ask questions when he is requested for a confidential job.
D-Cypher-
The former greatest enemy of Report-R, D-Cypher has become bored since Report-R was transferred to a job he couldn't make up stories for. D-Cypher was originally an intelligence bot designed to seek the truth in a package of lies, now he has become a private detective to have something to do along those lines. He wishes only to solve puzzles just to prove his intelligence, calling himself an Android Sherlock Holmes. He, of course, is not this intelligent, though he's exceptionally good at cracking codes.
Side note-
Viz-R may make a passing reference to a faulty Repair-R called Destroy-R, but I don't intend to make (or at least, control) him. Cop-E is solely homosexual. D-Cypher has a problem with getting along with other androids, acting superior because of his intelligence.
Mariusian notes-
Mariusians have a different anatomy than humans, including the fact their hearts are on the right side of their body, rather than the left. The technology Maiusians had prior to their collapse is far more advanced than current human technology, so Fiera's abilities are not magic, but science mastered with years of practice, as is the abilities for most Mariusians to change shape. The former guardian of Marius was like a warlord: Everyone trusted and respected him, and his position was considered higher than a king's. However, when the last war broke out, the kings ignored his pleas to stop it. Despite being an advanced civilization, Mariusians were an honorable people, and upheld the edict that "if you're going to kill your fellow Mariusian, do it face to face, in hand-to-hand combat", hence why Blood's weapon of choice is the claws on his feet and the claw-gauntlets he uses for his hands.
